Instructions:

  2. 2 Add cumin seeds and let them splutter
  3. 3 Add makhana and roast for 5-7 minutes until crispy
  4. 4 Add all spices and mix well
  5. 5 Roast for another 2-3 minutes
  6. 6 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot

Tip:

Ensure makhana is completely crispy before adding spices for best texture
